About this tool

Filling a PDF form should not mean printing it, writing by hand, scanning it back, or uploading a private document to a stranger's server. This tool lets you open a PDF, click anywhere to add text or a checkmark, adjust the size to fit the form's lines, and download a clean filled copy. It works on multi-page forms and there is no sign-up, no watermark, and no file upload — the processing runs entirely in your own browser.

How to fill a PDF form online

  1. Open the page and click the drop area, or drag your PDF onto it. The file loads instantly because it stays on your device.
  2. Click the “+ Text box” button, then click where you want text on the form, and type your answer.
  3. Use “+ Checkmark” for tick boxes. Drag any box to move it; drag the orange corner to resize it.
  4. Pick a font and a point size, like in Word, for the selected box so it matches the form.
  5. Move between pages with Prev and Next on multi-page forms.
  6. Click “Download filled PDF”. A clean copy is saved to your device with no boxes and no watermark.

Is it really private?

Yes. Unlike most online PDF services, this tool does not upload your file to a server. The file is read into your browser's memory on your own computer or phone, processed there, and handed straight back to you as a download. We never receive, see, store, or transmit it. Closing or refreshing the page clears it from memory.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Adobe Acrobat to fill a PDF?

No. This runs in any modern browser. You do not need Acrobat, an account, or any installed software — open the page and start typing on the form.

Is it safe to fill a PDF form online?

With this tool, yes, because the form is never uploaded. It is read and edited inside your own browser and never sent to a server, so sensitive forms such as applications or bank documents stay on your device.

Can I fill a multi-page PDF form?

Yes. Use the Prev and Next buttons to move through pages; each text box and checkmark stays on the page where you placed it.

Will the dashed boxes show in the final PDF?

No. The dashed outline only appears on the box you are editing, as a guide. The downloaded PDF contains just your text on the form.

The form has no fillable fields — can I still use it?

Yes. This tool places text anywhere you click, so it works on flat scanned forms with no built-in fields, which many free tools cannot handle.

Why is my text not perfectly aligned to the form lines?

Text is placed where you position the box, so alignment is manual. Resize and nudge each box onto the form's lines, and use the point-size control so the text matches the printed text.
